Refund policy

Cancellations:

Order cancellations can be requested only within 12 hours of placing an order. Blue Pea Foods LLP reserves the right to make a decision regarding the cancellation of orders based on the current order status. If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

Return/Replacement:

Return/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of receiving delivery of the order. We provide replacements in case an incorrect item has been shipped or if the item has arrived in damaged conditions. Customer should provide detailed photographs and information in order for our team to initiate Return and Replacement procedures. For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after a discussion with the customer.
