Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Delivery Timelines
We always endeavour to complete your delivery as soon as possible. Our standard estimated delivery timelines are:
- Within Mumbai: We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days.
- Outside Mumbai: Delivery will typically be completed within 4 working days.
Please Note: While we strictly adhere to these timelines, actual delivery schedules depend on several external factors beyond our control, including weather conditions (especially high temperatures), unforeseen logistical events, and local traffic conditions. In the rare event of a delay, we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.
2. Shipping Address & Modifications
- Accuracy: Products will be delivered strictly to the shipping address specified by you at the time of placing the order. Please double-check your details before checking out.
- No Post-Confirmation Changes: To ensure efficient processing and prevent transit delays, the delivery address cannot be changed once an order is confirmed.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details so you can follow your chocolate's journey to your doorstep.
